Panel Fabrication
Trimax operates a fully-certified UL 508a (Industrial Control Panels) and UL 698a and 698b (Hazardous Locations) panel fabrication shop in southern California. We perform wiring, assembly, and testing at this facility. Our staff have in-depth experience with wiring and fabrication for every type of custom enclosure and control panel, from explosion-proof push button stations to large-scale analyzer and sample panels. We routinely design and configure custom designs per customer requirements.
Quality Craftsmanship
Each panel is meticulously laid-out by experienced wiremen in accordance with engineer-approved drawings. After fabrication, the responsible engineer and shop manager execute an 18-point quality inspection test to ensure UL compliance, proper functionality, and first-rate craftsmanship.
In addition to our standard quality control testing, Trimax also offers witnessed factory acceptance testing, power, burn in, and simulation testing to give clients the utmost confidence that the products will function as designed.
